Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Returns & Refunds
All sales are generally final. However, in limited circumstances, we may
consider a return request if the artwork is in the same condition as when it
was sold. Approval of any return is at our sole discretion and is not
guaranteed.
We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after
receiving your item to request a return review.
To be considered for a return, your item must be in the same condition
that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at lsims@protonmail.com with
your order number, photos of the artwork, and a brief description of your
reason for the request. Please do not send any items back
without first receiving written approval. Items sent back to us without prior
approval will not be accepted or refunded.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how
and where to send your package. Unless the return is due to damage in transit
or an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You can always contact us with any return questions at lsims@protonmail.com
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48

issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after
we receive the returned artwork. Please remember it may take additional time
for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Do you take commissions?
Thank
you for your interest in a custom painting. It’s an honor to create artwork
that feels personal and meaningful for your home.
At
this time, I offer select, semi-custom commissions based on my existing
style and body of work.
Collectors
may request:
- specific sizes
- general color palettes
- themes (sky, water,
mountains, etc.) - a desired mood or feeling
From
there, I create the piece intuitively in my own style, allowing space for the
painting to develop naturally. This approach ensures every work remains
authentic and original rather than a direct replica.
Please
note:
I am not currently accepting traditional commissions that require recreating
specific photographs, portraits, or exact reference images. However, I may open
limited spots for those types of projects in the future.
If
you’re interested in a custom piece, I’d love to hear from you. Please reach
out to start the conversation and discuss availability.

Prints FAQ
What type of prints do you offer?
All prints are museum-quality giclée reproductions created to faithfully capture the color, depth, and detail of the original oil painting.
They are printed on thick, archival fine-art paper using professional pigment inks designed to resist fading for decades.
What does “giclée” mean?
Giclée (zhee-clay) is a fine-art printing process used by galleries and museums. It uses high-resolution printing and archival pigment inks to produce richer color, sharper detail, and longer lifespan than standard prints.
The result looks and feels like real artwork — not a poster.
Where are your prints made?
All prints are professionally produced and fulfilled in the United States by a trusted fine-art printing partner. Each piece is printed to order, carefully inspected, and securely packaged for safe delivery.
Will the print look like the original painting?
Giclée printing captures the image and color of the original with incredible accuracy.
However, prints have a smooth paper surface, while original oil paintings include physical texture, layered paint, and visible brushstrokes.
If you love the tactile depth and one-of-a-kind presence of paint on canvas, an original may be the best fit. If you want a beautiful, accessible way to enjoy the artwork, a print is a wonderful option.
Do you offer different sizes?
Yes. Many artworks are available in multiple sizes so you can find the right scale for your space. Available options are listed on each product page. If you don't see the size you're looking for, please reach out! We'll do our best to accommodate you.
How long will my print last?
With proper care and normal indoor display, archival giclée prints can last 50–100+ years without noticeable fading.
