Returns & Refunds
All sales are generally final. However, in limited circumstances, we may consider a return request if the artwork is in the same condition as when it was sold. Approval of any return is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return review.
To be considered for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at lsims@protonmail.com with your order number, photos of the artwork, and a brief description of your reason for the request. Please do not send any items back without first receiving written approval. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the return is due to damage in transit or an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution. We may request photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Original and custom artwork is created individually and with care. As a result, the following are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage in transit or error on our part:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll let you know whether a refund has been approved or denied. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned artwork. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
