Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via a tracked method with signature required upon delivery.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–7 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, weather delays, or other events outside our control.


Shipping Protection & Packaging
All artwork is carefully packed with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Each shipment includes insurance at no additional cost, and signature is required upon delivery for your peace of mind.


Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.


Local Pickup (Bee Cave, TX)
Free local pickup is available in Bee Cave (Austin), Texas. If you select local pickup at checkout, please wait for your pickup confirmation email and contact us to arrange a pickup time. Pickup is by appointment only.


Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States and do not ship to P.O. boxes or U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Damaged or Lost Packages
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us at lsims@protonmail.com. within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the packaging material. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note that once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
